DECEMBER 2023 NEWSLETTER


Well, the end of 2023 is almost here! So on behalf of the Chairman and Committee,
WE would like to wish you a very Happy Christmas and a Happy New Year. We hope we will see a lot of you joining in the celebrations with us.

NEWS FROM THE COMMITTEE.
Unfortunately I and several others were unable to attend the last meeting and the only thing I can comment on is the fact that we won’t be having the traditional balloons at midnight on New Years Eve. Disappointing I know!

MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL
You can renew your membership with your Club membership Card and paying the £25 to the Bar Staff before 31 January 2024 without the need to fill in a Renewal membership form (unless any circumstances have changed I.e change of address, car reg etc).

If you do not renew before 31 January, your membership will expire and you will need to reapply by completing a Renewal Form, which will then submitted to the Club Committee for approval.

BOWLS.
News from the AGM. Anne Phillips replaces Barbara Ledwidge as Ladies Secretary. The President is asking for someone to replace Colin when and if the occasion arises. The Skittles evening went well as it always does.

QUIZ NIGHT
2nd Wednesday in December. Please go along and support Sue.
